Very often, many of the sponsors may not want to share the bill with another 
funder.  This is especially so when it is a bank or an oil company that is 
sponsoring the project.  I am trying to get Standard Chartered Bank to 
sponsor it and I am confident that they will do it.  Just keep your fingures 
crossed.

    You are right bro, since it is open source,  I have a sponsor who is 
considring paying for the modification.  If this can interface with screen 
readers, then this will be one reasonably cheap and good bahasa speaking 
speech engine.  I have been looking for a solution and I have actually a 
sponsor, but their budget is not sofficient  to start from the begining.
    It is my dream that before I leave office, I really want to have such an 
engine made freely available to the blind people of Malaysia.
