You are right bro, since it is open source,  I have a sponsor who is considring paying for the modification.  If this can interface with screen readers, then this will be one reasonably cheap and good bahasa speaking speech engine.  I have been looking for a solution and I have actually a sponsor, but their budget is not sofficient  to start from the begining.  
It is my dream that before I leave office, I really want to have such an engine made freely available to the blind people of Malaysia.
