Hi to all friends,

For Celcom-013 users, if you have the time, please reply and inform the 
result.  Please indicate your phone model and what version of Talks you 
using when replying.

Try to make a call to Maxis either 012 or 017 number.  Take note whether do 
you hear the ring tone before the person picks up. or you will not hear any 
ring tone, just silent quiet and then suddenly the person says hello.
